Market analyse is a service offered mostly foreign investors, interested in establishing their business activity in Poland.

We prepare reports, connected with the situation on Polish market for particular branch. Their aim is to facilitate foreign investors in the decision making process, connected with:

  •  choosing appropriate strategy of entering on Polish market,
  • the form of doing business, suitable location etc.

Before we start working under particulate project we try to understand investor’s requirements and expectations. We analyse competition, prices and distribution channels on a particular market and we evaluate possible success of a particular venture.


Market analyse is also a service proposed companies, who intent to introduce new product on the market. Such analysis aims on analysing chances for possible success and avoiding conducting unnecessary investments.


Tasks:
We prepare a report, which is evaluating particular market sector and contains mostly:
- list of main competitors, their prices and distribution channels,
- assesment of competitiveness of our customer products on a particular market,
- SWOT analysis of a particular sector,
- alternative sources of cofinancing ventures.

While preparing the report:
- we try to understand requirements and expectations of our customer,
- we conduct analysis of local companies offering the same product as our client’s,
- we analyse prices through contacting distributors, producers and end-users,
- we meet with producers and distributors to know their challenges and market opportunities.
